Legal Obligation

Thermal insulation system has become a obligation in our country both in new projects and older buildings. In this context, to achieve energy efficiency, conservation of natural and fossil energy sources, and is aimed to minimize the emission of toxic gases in the atmosphere.

Measurements made after expiry of the time legally recognized non-energy efficient buildings, energy unit prices, the upper limit shall be paid in accordance with the standards.  The provisions of relevant regulations and laws can be found below.
