Exposed Concrete Primer
Product Description: It is a pure acrylic based primer used to increase the adhesion and bonding strength of paint, plaster and other products to be applied on exposed concrete.
Technical Data:
Structure: Pure Acrylic, filled, transparent liner.
Thinning Ratio: Ready to use.
Consumption: 6-10 (m2/lt), 160-200 ( g / m2 )
Drying Time: At 20 degrees and 50% relative humidity, initial drying takes 1 hour, complete drying takes 24 hours.
Application:
The application surface must be cleared of all dust, dirt, and oil. Blistered and old painted surfaces must be scraped, and any surface irregularities and cracks must be filled with Silkcoat Acrylic exterior filler and sanded to create a clean, dry, and solid surface. Silkcoat Concrete Primer is applied directly by brush, roller, or spray method in a single coat. Application should be avoided in very windy weather or in direct sunlight. Wait at least 24 hours, depending on the air temperature and humidity, before applying the final coat.
Warnings:
S2: Keep out of reach of children.
S24/25: Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
S46: If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show container or label.
Store the product in a tightly closed container. Do not pour it into the sewer.
Storage: It can be stored at room temperature for at least 1 year.
Packaging: 15 kg, 12 kg plastic bucket.
